Based in the heart of Scotland, Wilde Thyme provides catering and party design all over Scotland and the North of England for a wide range of clients, achieving an exceptional level of service. Wilde Thyme are proud that a great deal of our business comes purely through customer recommendation. Managing Director Andrew Hamer – former Executive Chef at the famous Gleneagles Hotel and a member of the Academy of Culinary arts – is totally involved in the day to day running of the business and continues to chef at many of our events, but whichever team of chefs is working on an event they will be preparing the ‘wow’ factor in our food.

We were thrilled and very proud when Wilde Thyme was announced as Winner in the “Best event Caterer” category at the UK Event Awards 2013 at a Gala Dinner in London on the 29th November. MD Andrew Hamer said “Winning the award is a great achievement for a small company based in rural Perthshire, beating off competition from London caterers, and an endorsement of the innovative menus we create using fantastic Scottish produce”
