- The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Online Shop operate a “no quibbles” returns policy – we guarantee to exchange or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs.
- We ask that you contact us directly within 14 days of your intention to return item(s).
- The item(s) should then be returned unused, with its original packaging and documentation; along with your details, the problem and what you would like us to do about it.
- Please note that this policy covers items that are unused or damaged.
