Delivery
- We are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service.
- If in stock, delivery items will be packed and shipped within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- All delivery times are subject to Royal Mail services and the Shop can not be held responsible for delivery delays after items have been posted.
- Please note that the Museum is usually closed for around two weeks during the Christmas/New Year period and shipping may take longer at this time.
- UK orders:
- up to 4 kg are shipped by Royal Mail Parcel with track-and-trace – please note that the track-and-trace facility is not automatically forwarded; however, it can be accessed by contacting us if the delivery is delayed or does not arrive;
- over 4 kg – please contact the Shop.
- International orders:
- up to 2 kg are shipped by International Signed For - please note that the track-and-trace facility is not automatically forwarded; however, it can be accessed by contacting us if the delivery is delayed or does not arrive;
- over 2 kg and up to 5kg are shipped, but are not covered by International Signed For – please contact the Shop for further information.
- over 5 kg – please contact the Shop.
- Should you require any other form of delivery, please contact the Shop and we will be delighted to help.
- Please note that the Shop does not offer postal delivery for any glass or breakable items – these may only be purchased in the Shop within the Museum at Stirling Castle.
