Museum, King's Old Building, Stirling Castle

The Museum is laid out on two floors in the King's Old Building, Stirling Castle. It contains six galleries, which trace the history of the Regiment from 1794 to the present day. Each gallery is laid out chronologically and covers important events and incredible personal stories from regimental history.

Behind the Scenes

The Museum building was built in the 1490s, it was known as the “King’s House”, and was thought to be the private residence of King James IV.
